LANI CAMPBELL, PHD
Lani spent the first 15 years of her professional life as a speech pathologist. Curiosity about what worked, what didn’t work and why, led to a PhD in evidence-based practice and outcome measurement. Working across the health, disability and education sectors means that Lani has broad experience to draw on. Lani aims to approach evidence-based practice from two equally important angles. First, to pinpoint research that is relevant, reliable, and easily transformed into practice. Second, to clarify goals, know what outcomes are key, and work out robust, quick ways to measure them. Lani works across Australia as a consultant, researcher, university lecturer and workshop facilitator.
